What are my rights?
As a consumer you may contact us at any time with questions about your rights in regards to data protection, or if you wish, to exercise and of the following:

  • Right to withdraw or cancel your consent for us to store your private information, in accordance with §7, Paragraph 3 of the GDPR.

  • Right to request disclosure of your data which we store in accordance with §15 GDPR.

  • Right to correct your data which we store in accordance with §16 GDPR.

  • Right to have your data which we store completely deleted in accordance with §17 GDPR

  • Right to limit the way in which we use your data which we store in accordance with §18 GDPR.

  • Right to transport your data which we use in accordance with §20 GDPR.

Deletion of Data and Storage Schedule
Unless otherwise stated, we will delete or anonymize your data as soon as permission for usage has been revoked (for example: your email address after you have subscribed from our newsletter). Your data will also be deleted automatically, if and when the mandatory storage period expires. Your data may be needed for longer periods of time for legal reasons, and you can request a copy of the personal data we have stored about you at anytime.

Data Collected In Our Games
When you play our games or utilize our Services, we collect and store certain data about you in order to provide those Services and to improve your overall user experience, such as:

  • Date and time of play sessions.

  • Device and hardware identifiers.

  • IP Address.

  • In-game playing behavior and achievements.

  • In-app purchases.

  • Game client versions.

  • Language settings.

Such information, including your IP address, may theoretically be traced back to the device you are playing on, and thus to you. As an additional safety measure we delete or anonymize identifiers in our database and most of the technical data after your game sessions end. Any other data may be used for statistical purposes, to optimize the game experience, to serve interest-based ads, and to offer a more personalized gaming experience to players. The purpose of temporarily storing this data is to establish connections within our game servers which is necessary for providing a personalized game experience and Service to you. This data is stored in accordance with §6 para. 1 lit.b GDPR and also in accordance with the European data protection requirements under §6 para. 1 lit.f GDPR.

Game and App Permissions
When downloading and installing our Games and purchasing in-game items through a distribution platform (for example: Valve Steam, Epic Store, Sony PlayStation Store, Dischord Store, etc.), you submit certain personally identifiable information to that platform, particularly your account data (for example: name, device identifiers, email address, and payment information). We have no influence on how this data is collected by said platforms and are not responsible for the way in which that data is collected and used, nor the data itself.

Data Provided To Us By Third Parties
In the event that you purchase our games or utilize our services via a third party, you may be agreeing to give us your third party account information. We may therefore receive your personal information, such as for example your name, email address, your country, your information when seeking support.
